On-call housekeeper

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors in the lobby, hallways, and office suites.
• Surface Care: Dust and polish furniture, glass partitions, and high-touch surfaces (elevator buttons, handrails, door handles) using appropriate chemicals.
• Restroom Maintenance: Sanitize restrooms multiple times daily and ensure they are fully stocked with supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and recycling receptacles regularly; ensure proper disposal in accordance with building policies.
• Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues, such as busted lights, plumbing leaks, or damaged furniture, to the Building Management.
• Safety: Adhere to health and safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and placing Wet Floor signage during cleaning.
