Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community education and individualized counseling
• Respond to emergency and urgent care situations
• Manage care for clients facing minor episodic illnesses
• Educate and monitor clients with stabilized chronic illnesses
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
