On Chief of Staff - Retail Strategy

We are looking for a Chief of Staff for Retail to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our Retail Leadership Team. In this role, you will orchestrate the Retail organization, ensuring our senior leaders are prepared, aligned, and focused on the initiatives that drive On’s global mission.

Your Mission

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Retail and the Retail Leadership Team, facilitating high-stakes presentations for partner teams.
• Lead the preparation, content creation, and follow‑ups actions for Senior Leadership meetings ensuring that retail interests are represented and decisions are translated into action.
