About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. CPA license is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to undergo training and work onsite in General Santos City.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Billing & Receivables

• Support client billing processes and invoice tracking
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply payments and maintain accurate client account records

Payables & Expense Management

• Process vendor invoices and payments
