Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager (3-6 Month Contract – Possible Perm)
Location: Doncaster 
Salary: £27, – £32, (Pro Rata) 
Contract: 3-6 Months (with the potential to go permanent) 
This is a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and team-driven warehouse environment during a critical period of growth and transition.
The role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in FMCG, logistics, or foodservice distribution, and who is comfortable managing small teams and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
The Role: 
Lead and manage a team of 5-6 warehouse operatives, ensuring daily tasks are met with efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
