• Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA.
• Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems.
• Actively contribute ideas and solutions.
• Assist in projects implementations & vendor managements.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and equipment.
• Basic training to multiple end users (Classroom / Remote).
• Not desk bound job hence will be required to handle light weigh equipment, climb-ing ladder, and moving around freely.
• Supporting other teams in troubleshooting issues.

Technical Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on support for IT Services.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers.
• Experience in creating, understanding and following technical documentation, routines and processes.
