Onboarding Account Manager (German) - Barcelona, Spain

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client focused Onboarding Account Manager fluent in German, to join a vibrant, fast growing team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will onboard new clients, guide them through the setup of their digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and act as their trusted advisor. Youll help craft tailored solutions that meet their objectives, manage CRM data carefully, support upselling and longterm growth opportunities, and collaborate effectively across teams all while keeping a results driven approach.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written), and strong English (C1 level)
• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; marketing or communications study background is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles ideally with experience managing client relationships, digital marketing or campaign-based work
