Role Overview

We are looking for an Onboarding & Adoption Specialist Sr based in Brazil to build from scratch the system that closes the gap between what our product can do and what users actually use. You will design the full customer journey, build onboarding playbooks, and integrate AI tools to scale the experience across thousands of clients in Brazil.
