What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for an Onboarding Associate to deliver a world-class first experience for every new Atlas customer. Reporting into the Head of Onboarding, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from kickoff through successful activation, ensuring customers feel confident, supported, and excited about using Atlas in their day-to-day work.
