Job Overview
The Onboarding Manager leads, develops, and empowers a team of 6–10 fulltime Onboarding Specialists responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for U. S. clients across all time zones. This role ensures operational excellence, drives performance through data-backed coaching, and upholds compliance and customer service standards throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Onboarding Specialists to achieve individual and departmental performance goals, KPIs, and OKRs.
