Job Description
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:
This role will lead and oversee the Operations Onboarding & Broker Management team, ensuring effective management and implementation of portfolio, mandate lifecycle initiatives, and counterparty onboarding to provide robust processing support for investment activities. The successful candidate will provide APAC thought leadership on global initiatives, ensuring that regional perspectives and operational nuances are appropriately represented.
Success in this role requires an adaptable, creative, and curious approach to champion new corporate initiatives and navigate complex lifecycle events. Proactive engagement and relationship-building with internal departments—including Investment, Client Group, Product, and multiple Operations teams—and with external service providers and business partners will also be essential.
