Onboarding Project Manager

Mapal Group is looking for a CDMX based Onboarding Project Manager to join our GTM-CS ONBOARDING team!

The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for assigning and managing all customer implementation projects for the business. This role reports into the Project Management Office (PMO) Team Lead and as part of the PMO under the Onboarding organisation, will orchestrate the Onboarding Consultants and members of the other departments internally with each project to ensure maximum utilization and a high-quality customer experience.
