About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and proactive 
Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist
 to help grow our fleet of student movers across the US. You will be the first point of contact for college students looking for flexible, high-paying work. Your goal is to move candidates through the pipeline quickly—from their initial application to their first completed move.

What You'll Do:

• High-Volume Sourcing:
   Post ads on platforms like Indeed, student job boards, campus social media, and local marketplaces.
