**Assignment Description**
- Onboarding and Follow-up of Newly Arrived Personnel
- Responsible for practical guidance, coordinating onboarding, and follow-up of personnel upon arrival at the yard.
- This includes competency checks, coordination with the welding school, project familiarization and more.
- Provide practical guidance for new personnel regarding meeting locations, locker room facilities, key distribution for lockers, luggage storage upon arrival and departure, and other amenities.
