About the role
To continue our growth, we are seeking a Product Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding team.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding them through the setup of their account and connections. Post‑setup, you will have ownership of the customer and follow up regularly to upsell product features and plan.
