The Role
We're hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join our Bogotá-based team and take ownership of the critical first steps in the customer journey. You'll work closely with our CTO and the broader team to ensure that every new school or district customer is set up correctly, trained effectively, and actively using the platform in their first few weeks.
This is a hybrid role based out of our El Chico office in Bogotá. You'll work 3 days per week in-office and 2 days remotely. You must be confident using professional English for 6–8 hours per day, including live meetings with U.S.-based teachers and administrators.
