The
Onboarding Specialist
plays a vital role in delivering a smooth and compliant new hire experience. Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, you will guide them through the onboarding process, ensure the timely and compliant completion of all required electronic paperwork and background checks, and provide support by addressing any questions or concerns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Assign and manage new hire electronic paperwork and background check packages based on client and legal requirements.
• Review and approve onboarding documents, including US Form I-9, employment handbooks and policies, and client-required forms.
• Review background check results and partner with the US Compliance team on any required escalations.
