Job Summary

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new riders, ensuring they are properly briefed, documented, and ready for deployment. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and administrative skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for rider positions
• Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Present company policies, expectations, and operational processes
• Validate required documents and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
• Coordinate deployment schedules and endorse new riders to the operations team
• Maintain accurate records and onboarding reports
• Support recruitment initiatives as needed
