Job Description
Potential Job Responsibilities
- Improve and streamline the onboarding process to enhance client experience
- Identify inefficiencies and improve current SOPs to close operational gaps
- Conduct weekly monitoring of onboarding to go-live progress
- Streamline AM business decks and presentation materials
- Prepare data reporting for HoAM (weekly volumes and revenue tracking)
- Coordinate training workshops for AMs with other departments; gather workshop ideas and identify AM weak points and skill gaps that need strengthening
- Monitor and improve AM workflow efficiencies
- Ensure all client contracts are valid, with LSA signed and updated
- Conduct regular account hygiene checks, including monitoring outstanding client dues
- Oversee invoice approvals and send weekly reminders
- Regularly monitor lost/ghost clients with outstanding dues or accounts requiring disposal (weekly)
