Responsibilities

Manages full-cycle onboarding for employees in APAC region.

Independently liaises with clients and internal stakeholders to align on onboarding timelines.

Resolves standard issues and escalates complex cases appropriately.

Resolves HubSpot/Freshdesk tickets to ensure a quality experience and follows established SLAs.

Proactively contributes to knowledge base.

Shares resources to help everyone on the team, and participates fully in discussions and shared work.

Proactively seeks feedback to learn, and iterates work for better results.

Contributes to SOP updates and internal improvements.
