Onboarding Specialist

Job Brief:

The Onboarding Specialist manages the seamless integration of new hires into the organization by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring compliance and fostering a welcoming environment for all new employees and non-employees. Specific duties include but are not limited to facilitating and monitoring the onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date. Critical-thinking skills are used while following standard work procedures ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are followed and new hire tasks are completed timely to ensure there are no delays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Vendor's team members will monitor the iCIMS dashboard for candidates that are assigned to them for onboarding support
• Vendor's team members will ensure all compliance related items are complete before the candidate's start date
