Onboarding Success Manager — SMB SaaS

Enzo is looking for an Onboarding Manager to enhance our clients' onboarding experience for SMB ecommerce merchants. In this role, you will ensure customers complete setup tasks and understand best practices through effective communication via email and Dock.

With responsibilities including managing the onboarding processes and collaborating with internal teams, the ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and can handle multiple accounts at once.
