Job Description

                    Scheduled + On Call required
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30pm + Overnight and Weekend Call 
Call Schedule: Monday 8am to following Monday 8am, flexible
 Hospital Inpatient Service 
Trauma Level: Adult III IV
Patients per day: 20-25
Support Staff: 1 APP M-F, 1 on the weekend to round (will help with which ever service is busier)
Certifications: MN license or IMLC, BC
Need ASAP start. Credentialing 90 days
Will need to have privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern and Mercy Hospital
