In this permanent, full-time role, you will utilize your expertise to provide comprehensive drug information and verify medication orders. You will also have the opportunity to mentor pharmacy residents and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and Oncology teams for patient care
• Provide accurate drug information to medical staff
• Verify medication orders for outpatient oncology
• Educate patients on optimal drug use
• Supervise chemotherapy preparation and clinic operations
