• Types of Cases: Radiation Oncology, Consultations/New Patient Visits, Follow ups, Established Patient Visits, On Treatment visits, Treatment Planning, Treatment Supervision
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active Colorado license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
