Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Knowledgeable with the Shopping sites Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Rakuten, etc.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Troubleshoot basic issues like account login, payment errors, or navigation problems.
• Document customer interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
