• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including billing, technical support, product information, and service requests.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues using provided resources and tools.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and call center best practices.
