Job Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
• Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
• Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
