Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Online Associate to support our digital operations. The ideal candidate will assist with online customer interactions, product management, order processing, and general administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive online experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update online product listings
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Process online orders, returns, and refunds
• Monitor inventory and report stock issues
• Assist with basic website content updates and promotions
• Track and report daily online activity and sales performance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer or order issues
