Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering Casino KPIs and executing the Group Casino Strategy under the supervision of the Head of Casino, theOnline Casino Expert (B2C) focuses on understanding our customers, product, and regions. The role is accountable for implementing tactical plans to achieve key KPIs through promotions and campaigns (conversion, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell), player segmentation and analysis, games release management, performance analysis and repositioning, operational efficiency, and the development of strong and profitable provider relationships
