Main Objective

Drive brand visibility and engagement by managing social media, website content, IPTV, digital signage, and guest experience platforms ensuring consistency and a strong brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and engaging content (photo/video).
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking, etc.).
• Oversee resort app, IPTV, digital signage, and website updates.
• Create compelling in-property promotions and marketing materials.
• Coordinate paid social campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze performance and provide regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, PR, and Operations teams.
