Online Community Manager

Role Summary

A growing Entertainment Law Firm is building an online education and community platform designed to help creatives and entrepreneurs protect and scale their brands. We are seeking an Online Community Manager who will drive member engagement, retention, and community culture. This role is responsible for onboarding members, moderating discussions, managing community programming, and ensuring members get real value from the platform. You will be equal parts host, operator, and experience designer.

• Create a welcoming, high-trust member experience that reflects the firm's brand and values
• Spark and sustain conversation through prompts, weekly discussion threads, challenges, and community rituals
• Engage daily in the community by responding to posts, tagging members, and encouraging peer-to-peer support
