We are hiring an enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have through various communication channels such as email, chat and social media.
To excel in this role you must possess strong communication skills and have a friendly and professional demeanor. You should also be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or online consulting is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
