Online Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Upload product listings to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)
• Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Chat with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
• Follow up on order statuses, tracking, and delivery updates
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier services
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service
• Support online campaigns and sales promotions

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms is a bonus
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Basic English communication; other languages are a plus
