- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Highly adaptable to a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work during weekends and holidays (Will be able to work from home during weekends and holidays)
- Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
