Provide One-on-One English Lessons to Chinese Learners via VOOV

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 2 years of online ESL teaching experience
• TESOL / TEFL / TEYL Certified
• With noise-cancelling headset
• At least 20 Mbps stable internet connection
• With an organized teaching background
• Clear and neutral English accent
• No attendance issues

Rate & Benefits:

• ₱170/hour (Starting Rate)
• Up to ₱220/hour
• Rate increase every 6 months (Subject to approval based on performance and attendance)

Salary Schedule:

• Weekly salary – Every Monday (starting on the 2nd month of teaching)
• For new hires: Salary will be released every 15th / 30th of the month
