Job Purpose and Dimensions: 
A personalised technical support engineer for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers , partner FAE and renesas Sales teams. .
Principal Accountabilities:
Support customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless)
Post sales : Provide personalised technical support online (email / teams etc) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources)
Pre Sales : Work with sales teams on understanding customers requirements (product & application or use case) to position REN products and solutions in an advantageous way.
Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions.
Solving technical issues raised by partner FAE bring to you .
