Online IT Support

Responsibilities

• Provide online technical support either by phone, chat or remote access as needed. (Main Office is in Singapore. All clients in Singapore)
• Previous online technical support experience.
• Joining a phone call to support onsite & lead phone calls for installations of software including trainings
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in CCTV Systems
• Knowledgeable in Door Access Control System
• Knowledgeable in PBX and IP Based PBX Systems
• Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
• Experience with Network Configuration and Troubleshooting, Router and Switches, Network Security and Firewalls, DNS, VLANs etc.
• Provide basic training and support to customers when needed.
• Provide support for online testing with engineers.
