Online Platform Team Leader Trainee

The Online Platform Team Leader Trainee supports the daily operations of e-commerce platforms while undergoing structured training to become a full Team Leader. This role focuses on platform management, sales performance monitoring, team coordination, and process improvement to ensure smooth online operations and achievement of sales targets.





Key Responsibilities



Platform Operations

- Assist in managing daily operations across e-commerce platforms (product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock updates)

- Monitor platform dashboards, sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates

- Ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and seller standards



Team Support & Coordination

- Support and guide platform staff (CSR, order handlers, content listers, etc.)

- Help assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity

- Act as a bridge between team members and the supervisor/manager
