Key Responsibilities
- In-Depth Learning & Rotation: Over a 6–12 month training program, rotate through Customer Service, After-Sales, and Claims to master frontline operations and company SOPs
- Assist in Management: Support the Team Leader with daily tasks like scheduling, attendance tracking, new staff training support, and performance data collection
- Complex Issue Handling: Help resolve high-risk customer complaints and claims escalated by CSRs, learning risk control and crisis management
- Process Improvement: Use frontline experience to suggest ways to improve team efficiency, service quality, and business processes
