Online Sales

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential customers through online platforms (social media, live selling apps, chat, etc.)
• Host and manage live selling sessions to promote and sell company products
• Present product features, benefits, and promotions clearly during live streams
• Respond to customer inquiries in real time via chat, comments, and messages
• Track sales, leads, and customer interactions in the company CRM or sales tracker
• Maintain and grow an online customer base and sales pipeline
• Build strong relationships with online customers to encourage repeat sales
• Meet or exceed assigned online sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promos, inventory, and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in online selling or live selling is an advantage but not required
