About the role

As an Online Support Associate at CAREPLUS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC', you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by utilising your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
