Online Trading Manager

This role plays a critical role in performance and delivery of the Amart website, requiring strong trading abilities on performance management of the website and online customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation you will demonstrate a genuine passion for online and retail!

This is an exciting and diverse role that will give you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, as well as make a true difference in our business. Unlike a traditional eCommerce Manager, this position does not oversee development or platform management – instead, it champions online results, customer experience and trading execution.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Own daily, weekly and monthly online sales performance, ensuring targets for revenue, conversion rate, AOV and abandon cart are met or exceeded.
