Job Description

                    
TO QUALIFY:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in courses related to Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mathematics, Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent. 
We also accept college undergraduate applicants (finished at least 2 years of college with no back/failed subjects) 
With excellent English communication skills. 
With or without work experience for College Graduates. Preferably with BPO experience for undergraduate applicants. 
Applicant must be willing to work in Pasay City, Quezon City, Taguig City, Makati City or Pasig City. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:Receives messages, emails or calls from customers and provides assistance with a variety of money orders, money transfer, business payments and bank commercial services-related questions. 
Offers relevant solutions that are appropriate for the customer's banking/money transfer needs.
