Onsite Consultant

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our onsite team, supporting a workforce of up to 600 associates at our client’s brand-new facility in Cranbourne. Our client is a globally recognised leader in e-commerce and innovation, operating within a fast-paced and high-performance environment.

As an Onsite Consultant representing Chandler Macleod, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, supporting workforce management, safety, and performance outcomes.

This position operates on a rotating roster (7-day fortnight) with shifts of approximately 11 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with associates and stakeholders
• Leading and promoting proactive safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment
• Managing attendance, rosters, and workforce planning for a large casual workforce
• Monitoring performance and supporting engagement across site
