Onsite Controller at North American Logistics

Elevate your career as a hands-on Controller in the South-West part of Montreal. Lead a dynamic accounting team for a company specializing in logistics solutions across North America.
This full-time position will see you reporting directly to the VP of Finance, guiding an 11-member accounting team as you manage financial reporting, compliance, and auditing functions. You’ll ensure the integrity of financial processes while maintaining a strong culture of teamwork and development within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead accounting operations including general ledger and cash management
• Own the monthly and annual financial close processes
• Prepare financial statements for multiple legal entities
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Facilitate audits and external reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation required
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
