Onsite Coordinator

KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working from our client’s site, based in Wigan. 

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm

Day to day duties will include:

• Integrating in to the operations of our client site and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.
• Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations
• Liaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teams
• Complete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed process
• Evaluate and improve induction processes as and when needed
• Oversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staff
• Conduct regular check-ins with temporary staff
• Arrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and client
• Supervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendance
• Coaching and guiding our temporary workers
