Onsite Counsellor

The Role:
As an onsite counsellor, you'll directly provide clinical services and wellness program delivery at the assigned location for only 2 out of the 5 days. The remaining 3 days will be focused on virtually executing operational and client management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Service & Program Delivery.
Report to the client's office only 2 days a week (9 am to 6 pm) by providing onsite/in-person mental health counselling for clients/ employee
Ability to work remotely for the remaining 3 days of the week
May have additional ad hoc onsite deployments as part of staffing cover
Develop and deliver on-site group sessions and workshops to promote mental health education, resilience, and awareness
Deliver New Hire Orientation sessions on resilience, stress triggers and management, and wellbeing resources available
Conduct workshops for managers on empathy and identifying distress in employees
