Onsite Counsellor (Selangor, Malaysia)

The Role:

As our onsite counsellor, you'll play a vital role in delivering clinical services and wellness programs at your designated location, while effectively handling operational and client management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Service & Program Delivery. 

• Report to the client’s office 5 days a week (9 am to 6 pm) by providing onsite/in-person mental health counselling for clients/ employee
• May have additional ad hoc onsite deployments as part of staffing cover.
• Develop and deliver on-site group sessions and workshops to promote mental health education, resilience, and awareness.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation sessions on resilience, stress triggers and management, and wellbeing resources available.
