We are currently seeking a Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Perai, Pulau Pinang (MY-07), Malaysia (MY).



**Job Summary**



Provide day‑to‑day technical support for end‑user IT systems to ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network services. The role focuses on timely incident resolution, user assistance, and maintaining IT service quality while working closely with senior engineers and team leads.
